Acting for the main clearing and lending banks in Ireland we also act for other financial institutions, direct lenders, corporates, SMEs and individuals in their capacity as lenders or borrowers in a wide range of secured lending transactions.
We advise banks and other financial institutions on an ongoing basis on the preparation of appropriate template documents for the purpose of lending transactions, receivables financing transactions, mortgage products and a variety of other credit related products as well as in relation to standard form documents for bank accounts. We also advise on compliance with obligations under legislation relating to credit reporting, credit servicing, risk retention, consumer protection, loans to consumer and small to medium sized enterprise (SME) borrowers and similar matters.
Active in the highly specialised areas of corporate acquisition and leveraged finance, we are particularly experienced in acting for international private equity and corporate clients, global corporate restructuring aligned with corporate migration into Ireland. We have also advised on many large acquisition finance transactions in recent years including the financing of Management Buy Outs (MBOs), private equity, Merger and Acquisition (M&A) transactions and complex real estate projects.
We bring a strength and depth of expertise to bear for our clients which enables us to advise on all aspects of our clients’ business connected with their financing transactions or the provision or consumption of financial services.
