With our valued legal executives, legal secretaries and receptionists, as well as our finance, IT, knowledge, HR, and business development professionals, our firm is able to operate at our ultimate best.
We are continuing to grow, and on that basis we are always looking for new support staff members to join our team. Applicants in these areas must have excellent technical skills and demonstrate abilities including planning, organising, client care, working as part of a team, interpersonal skills, judgment, initiative, enthusiasm and energy.
Knowledge and learning and development (L&D) is vital to ensure consistency in employee supports, as well as client service delivery, across multiple offices.
Legal Executives participate in our solicitors in-house Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Scheme. This facilitates building relationships with colleagues and leading industry speakers. Our scheme includes legal knowledge sector specific training as well as other professional development areas such as leadership, management, IT skills, innovation, and soft skills. Industry experts provide training, including barristers, engineers, accountants, leaders, solicitors and various other professionals. We also provide an Educational Assistance Scheme as well as planned external training.
