Our wonderful support staff contribute to the firm’s efficiency and effectiveness by working to support our clients’ needs and helping to ensure the success of the business.

With our valued legal executives, legal secretaries and receptionists, as well as our finance, IT, knowledge, HR, and business development professionals, our firm is able to operate at our ultimate best.

We are continuing to grow, and on that basis we are always looking for new support staff members to join our team. Applicants in these areas must have excellent technical skills and demonstrate abilities including planning, organising, client care, working as part of a team, interpersonal skills, judgment, initiative, enthusiasm and energy.

Legal Executive Programme

Our Legal Executive Programme provides on-going opportunities for individuals to train, work and progress within a professional legal career path.

As a Legal Executive you will form an important part of the team alongside partners, solicitors and trainees. Applicants will ideally have, or be in the process of attaining at least a diploma level legal qualification. This path leads to Membership of the Irish Institute of Legal Executives (IILEX) and is ideally suited to law graduates or secretaries with extensive legal experience. Knowledge and learning and development (L&D) is vital to ensure consistency in employee supports, as well as client service delivery, across multiple offices.

Knowledge and learning and development (L&D) is vital to ensure consistency in employee supports, as well as client service delivery, across multiple offices.

Legal Executives participate in our solicitors in-house Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Scheme. This facilitates building relationships with colleagues and leading industry speakers. Our scheme includes legal knowledge sector specific training as well as other professional development areas such as leadership, management, IT skills, innovation, and soft skills. Industry experts provide training, including barristers, engineers, accountants, leaders, solicitors and various other professionals. We also provide an Educational Assistance Scheme as well as planned external training.

  • Knowledge Manager on-site support.
  • Culture and systems of internal knowledge sharing.
  • Online databases, libraries and legal resources
  • Research supports.
  • Design and delivery of knowledge sharing solutions for clients.
