About
Our Graduate Intern Programme is for individuals who wish to work in a legal firm in order to gain relevant experience before embarking on their legal careers.
This is a paid programme, and can vary in duration, but will typically last between six and nine months. During the programme, interns will be given the opportunity to develop professional skills and gain a good understanding of the profession. Applicants may come from any discipline and should have a minimum 2.1 degree. This programme includes unpaid FE1 study and exam leave.
Learning Development

Industry experts provide training, including barristers, engineers, accountants, leaders, solicitors and various other professionals.
Our knowledge management supports include:
- Knowledge Manager on-site support.
- Culture and systems of internal knowledge sharing.
- Online databases, libraries and legal resources.
- Research supports.
- Design and delivery of knowledge sharing solutions for clients.
