Lorraine Power is a Partner at Holmes, advising on real estate, acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and licences, and development and planning matters for a wide range of clients, including private, corporate, partnership, voluntary and statutory bodies.
Lorraine works with public bodies including local authorities and third-level institutions, as well as statutory bodies, real estate funds, corporate entities and individuals. She trained at Murray Sweeney, a leading Dublin and Limerick law firm, and qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 1992. She joined Holmes in 2013.

- Completed the acquisition of significant lands for the expansion of a third-level institution
- Advised on the amalgamation of two third-level institutions and is currently advising on the amalgamation of two others
- Acted in the acquisition of €175 million of assets for a publicly quoted REIT
- Acting for a local authority in a significant CPO relating to tourism infrastructure
