Our Holmes Real Estate and Construction teams led by Sandra Egan, Partner and Lisa Killeen, Partner were pleased to advise The Land Development Agency on the recent acquisition of 95 three- and four-bedroom cost rental homes in Citywest, South Co. Dublin under a new cost-rental scheme.
The rents involved are below market rents. Eligible tenants must have a net household income of below €53,000 a year, a figure designed to provide an affordable solution for households on low to moderate incomes who do not qualify for social housing.
