Gillian is a Senior Associate Solicitor at Holmes, where she advises large corporate entities, public sector bodies, developers, shopping centre owners and private landlords on a broad range of real estate matters. Her practice focuses on commercial property and construction, banking and finance, restructuring and insolvency, as well as regulatory compliance.
Gillian provides expert advice on the property elements of share purchase and business transfer agreements. She trained at Keating Connolly Sellors (now MHP Sellors), qualified in January 2016 and joined Holmes in June 2021.
Recent Work Highlights
- Advised on the property aspect of the multimillion-euro sale of an environmental consultancy company, led by the Holmes corporate team.
- Acted on the disposal and acquisition of multiple properties for Coillte CGA.
- Advised the Legal Aid Board on the negotiation of the lease of the Eight Building in Dublin.
- Advised on the creation of a joint venture partnership for Limerick Twenty Thirty Strategic DAC with the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (part of the National Treasury Management Agency) to finance development of the 1 Opera Square project in Limerick.
