Isabel leads our Private Wealth unit which provides inter disciplinary services to high-net-worth individuals, focussing on Succession and Estate Planning, Family Business, governance, establishment of trusts, powers of attorney and capacity issues, and transitioning wealth to the next generation.  She is responsive to the needs of clients across a range of complex issues, as she draws on her multi-faceted experience in practice.  Isabel focusses on understanding the nature of our clients’ business to provide pragmatic and strategic advice on a range of complex issues.

Isabel also advises clients regarding the preparation of simple and complex wills, trusts, limited liability companies, partnership agreements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, family law and complex divorce proceedings, charity issues, including charity formation and governance. 

Isabel has extensive experience of all aspects of commercial and private property transactions, including the acquisition, disposal and financing of property for investment, commercial retail and enterprise and Landlord and Tenant issues, for commercial and private clients.  She is committed to client relationships built on trust and discretion, offering strategic counsel to clients on managing the wealth generated by their business in a tax-efficient manner that aligns with their long-term goals.

  • Sale and option Agreement for holiday homes
  • Acquisition of an industrial building with sitting tenants
  • Property transaction aspect of the multimillion euro sale of a company, which was handled by the corporate division of Holmes
  • Property transactions, principally acquisitions of leases for a State body with specific staffing requirements
  • Recently represented clients in high-profile family law disputes before the High Court and Circuit Court, involving complex financial, property, and custody matters
