Isabel Treacy, Solicitor practices in all aspects of commercial property, including the acquisition, disposal and financing of property for investment, commercial retail and enterprise. She has a detailed knowledge of the requirements of the agri tech sector, including the growing area of agri fintech, having practiced in these areas for over twenty-five years.

She joined the firm in 2023, having previously been a partner is a busy regional office. Isabel has a  wealth of experience in acting for corporate clients as well as public and private sector clients. She has acted in the sale of nursing homes, acquisition and sale of shopping centre units and the financing of the construction of industrial and manufacturing facilities.

Isabel also advises on all aspects of Landlord and Tenant issues, for commercial and private clients. She is responsive to the needs of the clients across a range of complex issues, as she draws on her multi-faceted experience in practice. Isabel has a particular interest in public and administrative law, an area which is expanding. 

Isabel acts for blue chip clients in the public and private sector, providing clear advice in a timely fashion. In advising State and semi-State agencies, as well as industrial and retail clients, Isabel focusses on understanding the nature of the client’s business so that her legal service excels.

  • Acquisition and sale of tracts of land for State entity.
  • Sale and option Agreement for holiday homes.
  • Acquisition of an industrial building with sitting tenants
  • Property transaction aspect of the multi million-euro sale of a company, which was handled by the corporate division of Holmes
  • Property transactions, principally acquisitions of leases for a State body with specific staffing requirements.
