David qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland in 2014 and worked for a number of leading firms.  He joined Holmes in 2024 when OCWM Law merged with Holmes.

David provides corporate law advice and is experienced in transactional work, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, joint ventures and commercial contracts. David is also experienced in corporate governance and company secretarial and compliance.

He has recently worked on transactions in the healthcare, telecoms, pharma, packaging and energy sectors.

Recent Work Highlights

  • Completion of extensive due diligence in respect of a company purchase by Packaging Holdings;
  • The sale by SGHC Limited of its specialist e-training subsidiary EasySAFE Limited to the Irish Academy of Computer Training 
  • also a series of credit union mergers on behalf of Dundalk Credit Union.
  • Completion of a preference share investment by Enterprise Ireland on behalf of High Potential Start Up Acel Energy.
