Holmes regularly advise companies and public authorities on the full suite of issues arising out of the UN Guiding Principles. Our focus is on helping companies respect international human rights and comply with the related ‘hard law’, such as modern slavery law, non-financial reporting regulations and the development of the Organisation for European Economic Cooperation (OECD) National Contacts Points complaint procedures.
