It has been an exciting few months since our last edition of Holmes News and I am delighted to bring to you the latest edition. We have completed our merger with OCWM Law, and I am very glad to say that integration has gone very well.
The merger brings together two businesses that are complementary both in terms of services and client focus and will offer our clients better expertise and personnel to service their needs across Corporate Finance, M&A, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Regulatory, Employment, Insolvency and Restructuring. This will allow the firm to leverage our combined
strengths to provide solutions to clients' problems in a cost-effective manner. It is a very exciting time for the firm and will create growth opportunities for the team helping us to realise our vision.
