We began 2023 with some very exciting deals, such as Amarenco Solar Limited’s acquisition of Infram Energy Limited and completion of a fund-raising round of €300 million with Arjun Infrastructure Partners, the sale of Insteco Limited to Induchem Group Limited and the creation of a unique JV Partnership Agreement between Limerick Twenty Thirty and ISIF for the development of the Limerick’s One Opera Square Project. Our M&A and Investments team set ourselves apart from other firms by providing a bespoke, risk-based approach to transactions. We offer a collaborative exercise of risk-identification and mitigation at the outset of every corporate transaction, drawing on the expertise and knowledge throughout our firm.
