Government agencies and public sector bodies need to be increasingly vigilant and proactive to fund their services and to maximise their income. Frequently, legislation permits the sector to levy charges upon users of public services.

Given the current scrutiny of public expenditure, we believe it is especially important that public sector organisations pursue non-compliant debtors. As well as ensuring collections of monies lawfully due to them, a robust collection framework assists in ensuring that public sector debtors remain compliant.
