Robert Kennedy is a Partner at Holmes, specialising in insurance defence injury litigation before the Circuit and Superior Courts, with particular expertise in defending employer's liability, public liability and motor claims, including catastrophic brain and serious injury claims for insurers.
Robert leads the firm's Insurance Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. He has extensive experience in professional negligence claims, representing solicitors, engineers, architects and insurance brokers, and advises on claims involving insurance law and international business law. He provides advice to a broad client base ranging from local authorities to multinational corporations and international insurers. Robert trained at Holmes, joined the firm in 1994, and qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 1997.
