Susan has over 20 years’ experience advising clients across a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial work.
On the corporate side, Susan has particular expertise in private equity and venture capital investments and regularly advises high potential start-up and SME companies across all sectors. She also has considerable merger and acquisition experience, advising national and multinational companies in relation to share sale and purchase agreements, asset sale and purchase agreements, due diligence reports and related ancillary documents.
Susan’s commercial experience includes drafting and advising in relation to joint venture agreements, distribution agreements, service level agreements, intellectual property licensing agreements and terms and conditions of sale. She also advises in relation to corporate governance, company law compliance and data protection provisions in commercial agreements.
