Dublin based commercial law firm OCWM Law LLP will merge with Holmes O’Malley Sexton LLP (Holmes) from 1 October 2024.
This exciting development brings together two businesses that are complementary when it comes to services and client focus. The combined firm will offer commercial law services to clients across corporate finance/M & A, commercial, commercial real estate, banking, litigation, employment, regulatory, insolvency and restructuring as well as commercial dispute resolution.
