Nicole Bateman is a Solicitor at Holmes, advising on a broad range of real estate transactions for public sector, institutional and private clients.
Nicole has particular experience working with local authorities on land acquisitions, disposals and complex first registrations, as well as commercial leasing and landlord and tenant matters. She was admitted to the Law Society of Ireland in January 2024 and joined Holmes in October 2024.
