Avril is a Solicitor at Holmes, advising private clients and financial institutions on banking and finance transactions, including real estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate lending. Her experience spans domestic and cross-border financings.
She advises domestic and international clients across the real estate, technology, financial services and healthcare sectors on financing arrangements, the structuring of security and related company law compliance matters.
Avril trained with Holmes and qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 2023, having joined the firm in 2020.
