In relation to employers’ liability (EL) and public liability (PL) personal injury construction claims, we deal with low value to catastrophic injury claims. We also advise insurers on coverage issues, contractual obligations and claims under contractors all risk (CAR) and employers all risk (EAR) policies, as well as supporting policyholders with warranty reviews, on-site training and help with the development of risk management and improvement programmes.
