Tríona Walsh is Of Counsel at Holmes, advising insurers, corporate entities and institutional clients across the full spectrum of casualty and defence insurance litigation, with depth in road traffic, employer's liability, product liability and public liability claims, as well as complex personal injury defence matters. She has expertise in Special Investigation Unit claims and leads the firm's anti-fraud offering, regularly advising on high-value matters involving suspected fraud, exaggeration and technical liability issues.

Tríona also advises on insurance and indemnity, health and safety, road traffic, defamation, water and sanitary services and housing-related disputes, and on Freedom of Information and data protection matters. She advises statutory bodies on prosecutions, appeal board hearings, and the interpretation and application of legislation, and practises at all court levels, with experience before the Circuit Court and High Court. Tríona has been with Holmes since 2005 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2008. Tríona is also admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
